5 Cheese Spinach Dip

Serves 4

Ingredients

2 lbs. cream cheese

½ c. shredded mozzarella cheese

½ c. shredded cheddar cheese

¼ c. shredded smoked gouda cheese

¼ c. crumbled goat cheese

30 ml. Worcestershire sauce

½ lb. frozen spinach drained

¼ red onion finely diced

1 red pepper finely diced

30 ml. lemon juice

Method

Stir cream cheese in double boiler until creamy and pliable

Evenly and thorougly incorporate drained spinach, diced peppers, onions, and Worcesterhire sauce

Fold in chedder and mozarella, stirring until cheese melts throughout

When smooth and even, incorporate lemon juice

Add mixture to oven safe pan or skillet and top with gouda and goat cheese

Broil on low in oven until toppings begin to brown

Serve in pan with bread, crackers or nacho chips for dipping
