1 pkg bamboo skewers pre-soaked
300g top sirloin beef cut into 1’ cubes
3 finely chopped green onions
¼ Tbs black pepper
½ Tbs sea salt
2 Tbs canola oil
100 g finely grated Parmesan cheese
Pre-heat grill or flat top. Place Parmesan cheese in a long shallow dish. Skewer beef cubes on pre-soaked bamboo skewers. Grill skewers over medium heat turning 4 times to cook each side. When beef is cooked to desired wellness bring skewers to Parmesan dish and coat each side well with cheese. Return to grill and cook until cheese melts slightly and turns a golden brown. Plate and serve immediately.
